The National Alcohol Beverage Control Association (NABCA) is hosting its 20th Annual Symposium on Alcohol Beverage Law & Regulation in Alexandria, VA over the period of March 11-13, 2013.
Government, legal, and industry professionals join for a symposium that offers the chance to hear the latest on legal issues related to beverage alcohol. Session topics currently planned include I-1183 + 1, The Commerce Clause and Alcohol Beverage Regulation, Can the First Amendment Save Controversial Packaging?, plus many others. Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit is available for many states.
Founded in 1938, NABCA is the national association representing the Control State Systems - those jurisdictions that directly control the distribution and sale of beverage alcohol within their borders.
